1. Why is Console Sunsetting?
Little Orbit and PLAION have decided to discontinue APB Reloaded on console platforms due to technical challenges, resource constraints, and the changing gaming landscape. This decision aims to focus on providing the best gaming experience, as maintaining the game on consoles has become increasingly difficult.

2. Who can migrate to PC?
Curently, only XBOX players can migrate to PC currently. PlayStation's players will be able to migrate on February 1st.

3. If I migrate my characters to the wrong account, can I merge my PC account with another PC account?
No, you can only do the migration once. Once completed, it is not possible to do it over. Choose carefully where you are migrating your characters.

4. Do I need to have character slots unlocked before I move to PC account?
No, the slots will unlock automatically.

5. How many characters can I move?
As many as you have!

6. Will my character name move over to PC account?
You will get a free name change.

7. Can I migrate multiple console accounts to one PC account?
Absolutely!

8. Do I have to have a PC account before merging?

9. I didn't receive the migration code to my e-mail! Help!
Please make sure to check your spam and trash folder in case the e-mail gets lost there.

10. Will my inventory, purchases and G1C carry over?

11. What do I do if I get the account migrated successfully, but my characters aren't in the account?
