FAQ - console migration

  1. Who can migrate to PC?
    Both XBOX and PlayStation users can migrate the accounts to PC.

  2. If I migrate my characters to the wrong account, can I merge my PC account with another PC account?
    No, you can only do the migration once. Once completed, it is not possible to do it over. Choose carefully where you are migrating your characters.
  3. Will my inventory, purchases and G1C carry over?
    Yes! All will be moved to your PC account (there are some titles that will not be transferred). If you are having issues, please reach out to our Customer Support.
  4. Do I need to have character slots unlocked before I move to PC account?
    No, the slots will unlock automatically.
  5. How many characters can I move?
    As many as you have!
  6. Will my character name move over to PC account?
    You will get a free name change.
  7. Can I migrate multiple console accounts to one PC account?
    Absolutely! 
  8. Do I have to have a PC account before merging?
    Yes. You will also need to make sure to log in to the account BEFORE merging, as that can cause errors.
  9. I didn't receive the migration code to my e-mail! Help!
    Please make sure to check your spam and trash folder in case the e-mail gets lost there. 
  10. What do I do if I get the account migrated successfully, but my characters aren't in the account?
    Please reach out to our Customer Support for assistance.
